A collection of UPhold bits and pieces from the past several years. All songs recorded between 2003 and 2009 by Adam Thornton in the Amrita-ta-ta and Little Lemuria studios, except "Roadbird (Metal Mix)," a collaboration with Chad Faragher.

Everything is previously unreleased except 4 (from the "Powdered Heaven Dressed in Plastic" collection), 5, 6 & 10 (from the "Our Past Present" AFE split release with The Infant Cycle, 10 in a slightly different version), and 7, 8, 14, 16 (which were soundtracks for short video experiments).
